Terms of Service — TalePOP

These Terms of Service govern your use of the TalePOP mobile application. By using TalePOP you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions & billing

TalePOP offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (Basic, Standard, Premium) purchased through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period unless required by applicable law.

Free trial

New users receive 3 full-experience trial stories at no charge. After the trial, the free plan provides 1 story per day with limited features. The trial is granted once per device.

Content & acceptable use

TalePOP generates stories for children aged 5–10. You may not use the app to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights. All AI-generated content is created on demand and not stored on our servers.

Intellectual property

The TalePOP app, brand, and underlying technology are the property of the developer. AI-generated stories produced for you may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of warranties

TalePOP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Story generation depends on third-party AI providers and an active internet connection.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
